Veronica Wong
Senior Director of People Operations
Veronica is the Senior Director of People Operations at Chipper. She brings experience building companies and growing teams at mission driven startups, particularly in intercultural contexts. She is responsible for Global People Operations and ensuring that our people come first throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Before Chipper, Veronica held a variety of operational leadership roles at growing tech startups, scaling their business and people operations, launching B2C products, and supporting a global customer base and workforce. She was previously at Pathstream, Year On, and Draper University. Veronica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Boston College.
