Marc Gottschalk
Chief Legal Officer
Marc Gottschalk is the Chief Legal Officer of Chipper. Prior to his time at Chipper, Marc was a long-time partner at Silicon Valley’s premier technology law firm, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati (counsel to companies like Apple, Google, VMWare and others). He has acted as General Counsel and a regulatory advisor and business development leader at several emerging growth companies and as a founder and board member of the non-profit Cleantech Open.
Marc is a trusted business advisor and mentor to a number of emerging growth enterprises and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Dickinson Company and KlattWorks, Inc.. Marc has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science Grinnell College, and a J.D., with honors, from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
